Homa Phuket Town Hotel

Everything was brand-new, kind staff, exceptionally good views to the western hills. We got a room with a bidet. It was nice to have an electric kettle, fridges, and a cooktop available. Great and perfect location to high-end restaurants in Old Town Phuket area was a plus.

Very friendly staff throughout. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was very close to a great night market less than a 10 minutes walk away, Chillva Market, worth checking out and the phuket old town center and the restaurant. There was a wide array of outstanding meals. The staff I encountered were genuinely helpful.

The communication with staff via the app left much to be desired!!! The plastic floors and walls created a rather cheap atmosphere!!! Not the most central location, but thankfully taxis were readily available!!!

We enjoyed the beautiful pool and played billiards at HOMA-SHA Extra Plus. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we took full advantage of the nearby outlet shopping. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

We did have an issue with a feedback email we sent regarding an activity, and we never received a response.

I really loved the rooftop swimming pool and the stunning views of the city. Plus, the Italian restaurant had delicious food but was a bit pricey. Would totally come back for more rooftop sunsets!

The rooftop pool offers fine mountain views, perfect for relaxation. Really good hospitality was evident with the helpful staff, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. It's conveniently located near old town and shopping malls, which adds to the experience. Although the app for communication is efficient, the lack of direct phone lines in rooms could feel inconvenient for some guests.

We loved the rooftop pool with a fantastic spot for family relaxation. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff were impressively responsive through the app. A short walk took us to a great place for outlet shopping.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast choices could be better for families with children.

The staff were helpful when we needed to sort out our kids' meals, always smiling and quick to assist. The rooftop pool view was fine, perfect for catching a sunset while the kids splashed around.

It wasn't all that affordable but we made it work.

I loved that I was just a short walk from the fine Rang Hill view point and the charming Old Phuket Town, where I spent hours wandering through the colorful streets and soaking up the local culture while enjoying the hospitality of the staff who were so helpful and cute .
